Shipping Policy
Farmer Bob will do everything in his power to ship your order in a timely manner. On average, orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed.
Return Policy
Farmer Bob stands behind the quality of all of his products. The original purchaser may return any item in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the original ship date. Upon receipt of the returned parts, we will credit your original method of payment, but my take a 25% restocking fee for shipping credit card processing etc. If you receive a defective product, or have received the wrong part because of an error on our part, we will exchange it or issue a refund for the parts and shipping charges. If you prefer, we will replace any item, or issue you a full refund--it's your choice! If we have made a mistake, we will also refund the shipping. After the 30 day period all warranty issues will be handled on a case by case basis. We offer no warranty over or above manufacturer warranties.
Carburetor policy: Farmer Bob's Parts does not accept returns for refund or credit on carburetors, carburetors are limited to exchange only. No exchange will be given if dirt, rust, etc. is found in the carburetor or if it has been taken apart.
